Our attorneys

David Idol

David, lead attorney and owner of our firm, served as a federal court of appeals clerk and as an assistant district attorney in North Carolina’s 18th Judicial District before opening his own practice in 1982. He is active in his community. He is an eagle scout and has served as the past president of High Point Jaycees. He has been active in his church as chief vestry person as well as David is currently the president elect of the High Point Bar Association and the chairman of the vestry and vestryman at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church.

Kristin Sams Crowe

After graduating from Wofford College and Campbell University’s School of Law, Kristin Sams Crowe practiced as a criminal defense attorney in Nash, Edgecombe, and Wilson Counties. In the summer of 2012, Kristin returned to her hometown of High Point to join David Idol in the practice of law.

Kristin is a member of the alumni council at Westchester Country Day School, the spring fundraising chairwoman for the Junior League of High Point, a council member of The Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club, a Communities in Schools volunteer, a High Point Young Professionals member, and the High Point Regional Association of Realtors Education Committee co-chair.
